Best Crypto Screener for Scalping in 2026

Published April 6, 2026 — EventLogik Team

I scalp crypto futures on Binance. Mostly on the 1 minute and 5 minute charts, mostly on perps, and mostly losing my patience trying to watch more than a handful of pairs at once. The strategy has never been the problem. Break of structure fires, I get in on the pullback, ride the impulse, and cut when structure fails. Simple enough on paper. The problem is that these setups appear and disappear in seconds, and my eyes can only look at one chart at a time.

I have tried every screener that claims to work for scalpers. TradingView has a crypto screener but it polls data on intervals rather than streaming it live, so by the time a signal shows up on their filter the move has already played out. CoinGlass is a solid derivatives dashboard but it is not built for scanning. It shows you data. It does not alert you when a specific combination of conditions fires across 500 contracts simultaneously. For scalping you need speed above everything else and most tools are simply not fast enough.

What Scalpers Actually Need From a Screener

Forget daily percentage changes and market cap rankings. That is investor data. As a scalper I need something very different. I need to know which contract just moved 2% in the last 60 seconds with abnormal volume and aggressive buying on the tape. I need to know if the move is accelerating or fading. I need to see if new money is entering via open interest or if it is just a stop hunt that will reverse in ten seconds. And I need all of that across every single futures contract on Binance at the same time.

That is where EventLogik sits in a different category. It connects directly to Binance via live WebSocket feeds. Not API polling every 30 seconds. Not candlestick snapshots. Actual real time trade data streaming continuously across 500+ perpetual contracts. When something moves, you see it instantly.

The Metrics That Matter for Scalping

EventLogik has 145+ filterable metrics which sounds overwhelming until you realise that as a scalper you only need about 15 of them regularly. The ones that changed my workflow are the ones designed for fast timeframe detection.

CHG % across 8 timeframes. The 1 minute and 5 minute percentage change columns update in real time. I sort by chg1m descending and immediately see which contracts are moving right now. Not in the last hour. Right now.

Relative Volume (rVol). This tells me if the current volume is abnormal compared to average. An rVol of 3 means volume is three times higher than usual. When I see a 2% move on the 5 minute with rVol above 3, that is not noise. That is institutional activity or a genuine breakout.

CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta). This is the one most screeners do not have. CVD tells you whether the actual trades hitting the order book are net buying or net selling. Price can go up on a short squeeze without any real buyers stepping in. CVD separates real demand from mechanical squeezes. If CVD 5m is positive during a pump, actual aggressive buyers are lifting the ask. That is conviction.

BOS 15M. Break of structure on the 15 minute candle. The screener tells you in plain text whether the current price has broken above the previous 15 minute high (bullish) or below the previous 15 minute low (bearish). No squinting at charts wondering if the wick counts. It is definitive.

Acceleration metrics. Acc Chg 5m tells you if the 5 minute price change is speeding up or slowing down. A coin up 3% is interesting. A coin up 3% with accelerating price change, volume, and OI is much more likely to continue because the move is getting stronger, not fading.

My Actual Scalping Scanner Setup

EventLogik lets you build custom scanners where you define conditions using a Field, an Operator, and a Value. All conditions must be true simultaneously for a trigger. This is AND logic, not OR. Here is what my main scalping scanner looks like.

5m % greater than 2 means price is up at least 2% in the last five minutes. That filters out the noise and only shows contracts that are actually moving.

rVol greater than 3 means volume is at least triple the average. This confirms the move has participation behind it, not just a thin order book getting pushed around.

CVD 5m greater than 0 means net buying pressure is positive. Actual market orders are hitting the ask more than the bid. Buyers are aggressive.

Vol 24h greater than 5000000 filters out low liquidity junk coins with less than $5M daily volume. I do not want to scalp something I cannot exit quickly.

Four conditions. Running simultaneously. Across every single futures pair on Binance. When a contract hits all four at the same time, my phone buzzes with a Telegram alert and I have maybe 15 seconds to pull up the chart and decide if I want the trade.

The 1 Minute Early Eruption Preset

EventLogik comes with 55 built in scanner presets and the one that changed my scalping was the 1m Early Eruption. It catches ultra fast 1 minute volatility spikes before anyone else sees them. I used to manually scan for these by sorting by 1 minute change and refreshing constantly. Now the preset does it automatically and pings me the moment it detects one.

There is also a Fast Breakout preset that detects extreme 1 minute moves combined with 5x relative volume. And a Quick Scalp preset that looks for 3K+ trades within 5 minutes alongside a 2%+ move. These are not generic alerts. They are multi condition scanners built specifically for the kind of fast moves that scalpers trade.

Telegram Alerts Changed How I Scalp

Before EventLogik I was glued to the screen for hours waiting for something to fire. Now I set my scanners, turn on Telegram alerts for each one, and step away. When SOL breaks the 15 minute high with 4x relative volume and positive CVD, my phone buzzes. I pull up the chart, confirm visually, and execute. The whole process takes about 15 seconds from alert to entry.

The performance tracking is the other piece that keeps me sharp. Every trigger automatically tracks the return after that trigger at +1 minute, +3 minutes, +5 minutes, +10, +15, +30, and +1 hour. So I can look back at my scanner and see that the average return 5 minutes after trigger was 0.8% and the average at 30 minutes was 2.1%. If those numbers start going negative I know market conditions changed and I need to adjust my filters. No separate journal required.

The Bottom Line

Most crypto screeners are built for investors and swing traders. They filter by market cap, 24 hour change, and generic volume. That is useless for scalping. What you need is sub minute detection, real time WebSocket data, CVD to see who is actually buying, BOS to catch structure breaks the moment they happen, and instant Telegram alerts so you do not have to stare at a screen all day. Whether you are watching open interest flow or trading VWAP reclaims, the speed of the data feed is what makes or breaks a scalping setup.

EventLogik does all of that across 500+ contracts simultaneously. Plans start from $24.99 for a weekly pass, with monthly and annual options available. There is also a lifetime option if you want to lock it in permanently. Considering I was paying more than that in bad entries from missed setups every single week, the maths made sense immediately.
